To register your future student, please bring the following to the office:
  • Birth Certificate (original)
  • Proof of Residency (SMUD, PG&E, Purchase or Rental Agreement)
  • Photo Identification
  • Immunization Records (7, 8 grade students must have proof of TDAP immunization)

*California law requires that all incoming seventh graders get a whooping cough booster shot (Tdap) before school starts on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.  They are also required to get a second measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine.  

Your child will not be allowed to start seventh grade with incomplete shot records.  Childhood immunizations are available through your medical provider.
