Internet access is an essential part of being able to connect with teachers and classmates. If you do not already have service, we have multiple options below to provide you with free or reduced cost internet.

TWIN RIVERS & COMCAST 
Twin Rivers is providing free internet access to many district families in a partnership with Comcast  
This program is available to most Twin Rivers students, with some basic limitations on availability; this is the fastest available completely free service at this time. These are the steps below to apply:
 
1. Confirm your household qualifies for Comcast service via the partner page: https://www.internetessentials.com/apply
 
2.You will provide your address to see whether you qualify for Comcast service in your area:

If you qualify for Comcast service, you will receive this notification:

3. Once you confirmed you qualify contact the Twin Rivers Technology Support Line by email at techsupport@twinriversusd.org or calling (916) 566-7802, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.- 5 p.m. to obtain the free Comcast sign-up code.
 
Please do not complete the application before you receive the code from Tech Support. The Twin Rivers-provided code will allow the District to pay for the monthly cost. All costs will be covered by Twin Rivers, there will be no monthly cost to you. 
 
4. Complete the application and signup process at the link specified in Step 1 above.

The Aeries Parent Portal is a website and app where parents can:
  • Track student assignments
  • See grades
  • Get information from their student's teacher and school
  • Send messages to their student's teacher
  • Update contact information
 
 
Mobile App: iOS / Google Play
 
Parents and guardians who have not received an email with account details can get help creating an account by contacting the TRUSD Student Services Support Line via email at stu.service@twinriversusd.org
 
For families that have an account and are experiencing issues logging in or using the tool, you can reach the TRUSD IT Help Desk by email TechSupport@twinriversusd.org or by calling them at (916) 566-7802, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m.- 5 p.m.
